♦ Summary


TNS series high accuracy full automatic three-phase AC voltage-stabilized source is composed of TND (SVC) series high accuracy automatic voltage-stabilized source; the three-phase phase splitting adjustment guarantee various phase voltages stably and safely; If the electrical network input is the three-phase four-wire system, star shape (Y shape) connection, the output may use the three-phase four-wire system or the three-phase three-wire system, separately indicates each output current by three ampere meters, monitor each output line voltage by a changeover switch and a voltmeter.

♦ Installation and Usage


Turn on the voltage regulator packing case, take out the Operation Instruction Manual and the spare parts, read this (Operation Instruction Manual)) carefully, and well keep it. Take out the body of the voltage regulator, reliably put in dry and ventilating place, press the door lock button by hand, the gate will automatically open.

Wiring as per the instruction and marks on the connecting block: Facing the terminal, the above three ones marked as the letter of "A", "B", "C" respectively is three-phase input phase line, the under three one marked as the letter of "a" "b" "c" respectively is threephase output phase line, the terminal marked "N" "N respectively is input and output common using median line.

Selection of input, output line: 1.5kVA~4.5kVA:1mm2; 6kVA~9kVA:2mm2; 15kVA:4mm2; 20kVA~30kVA: 10mm2.

After inspection wiring unmistakable, push the handle of C45 circuit breaker on faceplate to the "ON" position, the voltage regulator immediately come on working adjustment condition, the working indicating lamp is bright. Gyrates multi-purpose change-over switch on the faceplate, observe whether various voltage meter instructed is normal or not, after determined unmistakable, then puts through the electric appliance which you use. ♦ Debugging Guide


The three-phase voltage regulator actually Is composed of combination three single-phase voltage regulators, It Is ok to connect their zero lines (N) together as common zero line (N). Debugs, may debug single-phase separately: Inputs the single-phase voltage from AO, by now, the voltage regulator at most above one phase started to run, and carbon brush acts, pressed down the AC contactor to make it close and test the correspondence voltage, adjust 1R12 (1RP1) potentiometer on A-phase control panel, cause Van as 220V; and then BN and CN phase separately (according to the similar method). After finishing debugging three-phase separately that mean the entire debugging have been completed, then input from A, B, C, N three-phase electricity, output, automatically output 380V line voltage.

Debugging overvoltage and under voltage protective value is supposed to the above method, respectively debug each single-phase protection value (generally is 250V/190V) adjust 2RP1/2RP2 potentiometer. Thus, when three-phase input, protective value will be 430V/330V automatically.


♦ Matters for Attention


Strictly prohibits being exposed to the sun and rain.

Prohibits using under the environment of caustic gas (for example lampblack, steam and so on).

Attention for Earthing outer covering.

If you discovered the voltage regulator has the unusual smell or belches smoke phenomenon in the use, please immediately push the handle of C45 circuit breaker on faceplate to "OFF" position, break the power source, then, dismantle the connected line and deliver the whole machine to the company service department.

When purchasing this machine, please consider its load capacity (Following Figure) and the actual total capacity of your each kind of electric appliance used. It should leave full load allowance.

This voltage regulator input terminal must use three-phase four-wire system, only then may be normal work; The out-terminal may use three-phase three-wire system or three-phase four-wire system according to the actual need. This voltage regulator cannot be used in parallel connection.
